I DO HEREBY WARRANT AND ACKNOWLEDGE:
a) That my general health is good and that there is nothing which renders me unfit to undertake and partake in the Undertaken Activities.
b) That the Undertaken Activities listed above will not constitute a limited list of all of the potential activities which I might undertake during my visit. I understand and agree that this indemnity and waiver will apply to all activities undertaken by me and persons under my care and control. Such further activities will be deemed to form part of the Undertaken Activities as if specified.
c) That I have considered and investigated, or will consider and investigate, all risks associated with all Undertaken Activities before participating in same. I confirm that I have and/or will obtain prior independent advice (which includes but is not limited to medical advice) in respect of the Undertaken Activities before undertaking same.
d) That I understand and fully appreciate the fact that there are risks, hazards and dangers involved in the Undertaken Activities to which I may be exposed. That I have considered all the risks associated with conducting activities associated with exposure to African wildlife and specifically without limitation the Undertaken Activities.
e) That I accept that during the Undertaken Activities, I might be exposed to various risks associated with the Undertaken Activities which includes but is not limited to the risk of damage as a result of disease, bodily injury and exposure to dangerous animals and environments.
f) That I specifically accept, without limiting the generality of this waiver, the risks inherently associated with the Undertaken Activities, which include but is not limited to exposure to or damage caused by inter alia firearms, vehicles, adventure activities, fire, water, weather, extreme sports, travel, African safari, walking safari's, and/or exposure to animals and nature in general.
g) That the Ranch, its members, officers, workers and agents, shall not be liable for any damages suffered as a result of robbery, assault, theft or damage to personal belongings and/or property during my visit.
h) That the Ranch shall not be held liable for any damages caused by an act of God, civil or political unrest and/or the conduct and actions of any authority and/or any third party not directly under the control or instructions of the Ranch.
i) That I voluntarily assume the risks inherent in taking part in the Undertaken Activities and I , together with my heirs, executors and administrators hereby release the Ranch, its members, officers, workers and agents from any liability that may arise from any claims that could accrue to me or to my heirs, executors and administrators arising out of my participation in the said Undertaken Activities or in such related activities irrespective of whether such claim or claims arose through negligence of any person or from any of the risks, dangers or hazards inherent to the Undertaken Activities or from any other cause whatsoever related to the Undertaken Activities and I further indemnify and hold harmless the Ranch and its members, officers, workers, and agent against any claims howsoever the same may arise.
j) That I have read this document and that I understand and accept the contents hereof.
